For a couple of days, quite closely (even if not every day) I started to grind kilometer after kilometer in a green area close to home here .. In this fatigue "physical", which from today will still be increased even more and now you add the "mental" .. Indeed, strange but true, now already beginning to study for exams in September. Here, then, the daily program in August of this anomaly, is as follows:
Monday to Friday:
- 8:45 am: Wake
- 9am - 12:30: study (anything, so there n ' is more than enough ..).
- 13 hours: study + dining sports
- 14 hours: coffee + sun
- hours from 15 to 18: study (anything, so there is more than enough ..)
- 18:30 to 19:45: training to the green
- 20 to 21: regenerating shower and dinner
- 21 - 24: Any Other
- the max 1: a nanna!
Saturday and Sunday: rest!
Here, surely those who know me will think, if not I say "yes, dreams that already this week you will keep your program: beautiful days, all the sea .. I figured if you'll be as early as 6 hours today - 6 and a half hours to study! " And down burst of laughter ..
